Amaro Mediterraneo comes from an old family recipe and the infusion of characteristic Mediterranean herbs, spices, bark, berries and aromatic roots. Combined expertly and carefully, they create a harmonious, unique and unmistakeable taste.
To make our amaro, we use mint leaves, Angelica, Rhubarb, Wormwood - also known as the “holy herb” due to its medical properties - Gentian, Quassia, Rosemary and Cinchona.
The content of herbs such as Juniper, Cinnamon and Nutmeg, and also that of Southern Italy citrus fruit, is essential.
